These three artefacts were fundamental in my learning process.

Artefact one - My first real lightbulb moment.

Artefact three - Worked example: this process helped me understand the step-by-step process moving through the Gradual release of responsibility and what that would look like in my lesson plan. 

Worked Example - Still needs work, this took so many attempts to get it to this stage, even here, I feel it is lacking depth. 

I began to understand that a child’s schema is fundamental to cognitive development, as it shapes how new knowledge is connected to prior understanding and meaningfully retained (Duchesne, 2019, p.88)
